I have always had a passion for holistic health and therapies because it takes the whole self into account. After working in the beauty industry for many years, I decided to become a reflexologist initially to support my two friends who were trying to conceive.

When I work on my clients, always look at the bigger picture. I don’t see them as a client who needs their headaches “fixed” or neck tension released - I see them as a human being - someone who has not only physical needs but also spiritual, mental and emotional.
